WHAT'S INCLUDED
Build-up and load-in supervision, supplier and crew coordination on site, rehearsal management, show-calling and cue control, speaker and presenter handling, registration and floor support, contingency management, and full teardown and strike.
HOW WE WORK
We arrive ahead of build-up with the run-of-show and a crew brief. Every supplier reports to our on-site manager, rehearsals are run to schedule, and the programme is called live cue by cue. After the last guest leaves, the same team strikes and hands the venue back.
WHAT TO PLAN FOR
Venue access hours, build-up and teardown windows, the number of concurrent spaces, and rehearsal availability of your speakers. Tight venue access windows are the single biggest driver of on-site cost and risk.
