HOW WE WORK
We start from your objective and budget, not a template. We build the run-of-show and critical path first, then lock venue, suppliers and technical scope against it. Weekly status through build-up, daily in show week, and one named project manager who answers for the whole programme.

WHAT TO PLAN FOR
Lead time, decision-maker availability, budget approval cycles and content deadlines are what move an event plan. The earlier the brief lands, the more of the budget goes into the room instead of into rush charges.
