WHAT'S INCLUDED

HOW WE WORK
We build a detailed run-of-show with you, collect speaker content in advance, and rehearse the full programme. On the day, a show-caller cues every segment - speakers, video, and transitions - so the event moves on time without dead air.
WHAT TO PLAN FOR
Audience size and format, the number of sessions and speakers, breakouts, recording or streaming, and any hybrid elements. Lock the run-of-show and collect content early - late changes are where conferences slip.
